Dantooine Base is part of the Rebel Legion which is a worldwide Star Wars costuming organization comprised of and operated by Star Wars fans. 70th Explorers Garrison is part of the 501st Legion which is a worldwide Star Wars costuming organization comprised of and operated by Star Wars fans. Heart of the Alliance is part of FanForce which is a worldwide Star Wars organization comprised of and operated by Star Wars fans. While it is not sponsored by Lucasfilm Ltd., Lucasfilm recognizes the Rebel Legion and the 501st Legion as the premier volunteer costuming groups, and FanForce as the largest unofficial fan group.
